Elixir 750ml, 10% - Italy

Cloudy red color with a small head which settled rather quickly.

Sweet, fruity and yeasty aroma. Together with small hint of caramel.

Lot's of cherries and dried fruits. A bit malty taste with a hoppy touch. Spicy with alcohol finish.

Noël Baladin 750ml, 9% - Italy

I've tried this the night before I went back home from Milano. Fun to try it again.

Very dark red appearance with an air full mocha head.

Sweet and spicy aroma. I even get some cinnamon.

Malty flavor with a chocolate touch. Little bit of caramel together with cinnamon. Alcohol is slightly visible in the aftertaste.

Interesting taste for a Christmas beer. Reminds me a lot of Pumpkin Ale, cause of the cinnamon.

Super Baladin 750ml, 8% - Italy

Poured red color with a light brown head. Lot's of carbonation and tons of settlement in the glass.

Fruity, yeasty and malty nose.

Sour apple flavor, malts and yeast. Caramel hits the tongue afterwards. Slightly bitter, hoppy aftertaste with an alcohol finish.
